I thought I was too old to be homesick. I remember how homesick I was when I was ten and away at summer camp. Then the feeling came back when I left for college. Now I am longing for Traverse City and Leelanau. I have that feeling in the pit of my stomach. We are going back tomorrow for a visit. I hope that helps! Sue
It will help... and we are never too old to be homesick. In fact..I think when we are even older Sue..we will be homesick not just for homes and places..but for special times and journeys and the best of life that we have enjoyed.
